COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTION:
1. Q: U find the water tank has water when received the item.
B: It was not used, our QC has double checked before shipping to our customers.
S: U can clean it with a clean dry towel.
2. Q: It leaks when ironing.
B: The temperature of the steamer is not enough.
S: You can adjust the temperature dial to a suitable temperature, you can start to steam after the light turned off.
3. The baseboard appeared scale and impurity when ironing.
B: Hard water scale was forming in the floor.
S: U can clean it up once or several times.
4. Q: The baseboard leaking when stored.
B: It was not in high temperature when not used, the water will leak from the base board after pressing the steam button several times.
S: U should dry the water tank after using.
5. Q: Steam was not continuous.
B: It is explosive steam, not continuous steam.
S: U need press the button again after the light turned off, then it will steam again.
6. Q: Did not remove any wrinkles at all.
B: Most of the time, if you didn’t operate it well, it will not steam, so it did not remove the wrinkles at all.

• HOW TO USE—-Firstly, you need to add the water in the tank(200ml) not more than the max line or it will leak or spoil when you ironing.
  Secondly, adjust the temperature adjusting knop to the max, the working light will turned red. U can adjust the temperature adjusting knop to which gear( there is 3 settings) you want after the working light turning off. So the fabric steamer will begin working after u press the steamer button.
• EXPLOSIVE STEAM NOT CONTINUOUS—-As the ceramic soleplate making the garment steamer heat up quickly, not more than 50s, the powerful steam can penetrate the clothes, direct to the deep fiber, soft cloths material, so that it can iron quickly and instantly.
