(1) For the design reason, this garment steamer is like a water gun. Only you push the button, then the steam can out. When the indicator light is on, which means the water is heating and the steam are not ready out. ONLY WHEN the indicator light off, YOU CAN USE THE STEAMER. (2) Only when you move the temperature control button to max (Temperature “…”) , can this iron steamer can stem. But it can still be used without steaming.
