1.Q: When you received the product, you find the water tank has water
A: It was not used, our QC has double checked before delivery, in order to bring high-quality shopping experience to our customers.
S: You can clean it by the dry towel.
2.Q: It leaks when ironing
A: The temperature of the steamer is not enough.
S: You need to adjust the temperature dial to a suitable temperature, and hang it until the light is turned off, then you can start to steam.
3.Q: When ironing, there is scale and impurity on the baseboard
A: Hard water scale was forming in the floor.
S: You need to clean it up once or many times.
4.Q: The baseboard will leak when stored
A: It was not in the high temperature when not used, when you press the steam button, the water will leak from the base board.
S: You need to dry the water tank after used.
5.Q: Steam was not continuously
A: This product is explosive steam, not continuously steam, you need to press the button,it comes out in spurts.
S: General electric iron, garment steamer and brush steamers are all ordinary steam, the steam is slow, which is very difficult to penetrate the clothes effectively. But this steamer is explosive steam, which can spurt immediately, protect clothes effectively and has the ironing, sterilization,acarus killing functions.
6.Q: Does not remove any wrinkles at all
A: Most of the time, if you couldn’t operate it well, it will not steam, so that it will not remove the wrinkles at all.
S: Firstly, if it not spurts steam at the first time, you need to continuously press the steam button after the working light is turned off, because the air has blocked the water tank pipeline. Secondly, you need to master the rate of this product, quickly press 1 or 2 every time but the best interval is 2 seconds.
