How much cold water can it produce: The cold water tank holds 1 gallon and refills continuously.
How long does it take to cool the water: 15-20 minutes initially but it automatically cools the water as the tank refills.
Is the cold water adjustable: Yes, the cold water adjusts between 40-44 degrees F.
How much hot water can it produce: The hot water tanks holds 1 liter and also refills continuously.
How long does it take to heat the water: 15-20 minutes initially but it automatically heats the water as the tank refills.
Is the hot water adjustable: The hot water remains a constant 185 degrees F.
Is there a child safety lock on the hot water faucet: Yes.
Can I turn off the hot water: Yes.
Can I turn off the cold water: Yes but that will turn off the hot water too.
Are the tanks stainless steel: Yes
Is there a warranty: Yes, there is a 1 year bumper-bumper warranty – in the event of any manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the cooler free of charge.
Is any maintenance required: No (just filter changes).
